Radio Istria is the first private radio station in Istria. The Istrian the air for the first time sounded 22nd rujna 1991st year. Drivers of Radio Istria were the Istrian literary society, “University of Pula,” led by the late Monsignor Anthony Hekom, then prof. dr. Joseph Grbac and representatives of the former Municipality of Pazin.
